Return & Refund Policy

Each order is carefully checked before dispatch. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

To request assistance, kindly email us at department.mnl@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed payment channel.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be shouldered by the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Sale items, promotional items, and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
